Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Synoptro handles refunds for digital products, subscriptions, and services.
Digital products
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all sales of digital products are final.
Because digital products are delivered immediately or made accessible immediately after purchase, we do not generally offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for:
- templates
- kits
- guides
- downloads
- digital documents
- similar digital products
Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
Subscription services
For subscription-based offerings, including the Synoptro Forum and related recurring memberships, you may cancel at any time before your next renewal date to avoid future charges.
Cancellation stops future billing only. Payments already made are generally non-refundable unless:
- required by law
- otherwise stated on the offer page
- we determine, in our sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate in a specific case
If a subscription includes a specific trial period, intro offer, or stated guarantee, that policy will apply as described on the applicable offer page.
Consulting and custom services
Payments for consulting, advisory, facilitation, or other custom services are non-refundable once the engagement has started, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
If a separate proposal, agreement, or statement of work includes different cancellation or refund terms, those terms will control for that engagement.
Technical issues
If you experience a technical issue accessing a purchased product or subscription, contact us at [email protected] and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Technical support does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.
Payment processors
For digital products and subscriptions sold through Polar, Polar acts as Merchant of Record and may handle payment-related issues, charge processing, tax collection, and certain refund workflows on our behalf.
For consulting or custom service payments processed separately, the applicable invoice, Stripe checkout, or written agreement will control the payment workflow.
